The crafting is exquisite and they are still in perfect condition so I will use them over and over again... to decorate my table for dinner parties... and may eventually donate them to a friend for her daughter's bedroom wall. There is a lot of life left in them.

1 out of 5 starsI ordered the pink 3D butterflies for $119 plus additional $12 for a few gold ones. But what I recieved was pieces of paper cut out in the shape of butterflies!!! I was so upset I contact the seller (directly and privately in order to have the situation resolved) who basically accused me of being incompetent and shrugged it off. When I wrote a review, she sent me an email stating she would give me a 15% discount if I took down the review. Her description is extremely inaccurate and to charge $119+12 for construction paper from the dollar store cut into the shape of a butterfly is just wrong. I would not buy from this seller.

Thank you for your feedback. Providing a quality product and customer satisfaction is important. I’ve reviewed the listing and our messages to make sure that the product was accurately presented prior to your purchase and believe that it was well represented. The commercial card stock I use has been tested to provide for a product that is adjustable in shape and can withstand shipping and application and be light enough to maintain adhesion. The adhesive I use has been tested for non damage upon repositioning and removal. When your initial review was provided I realized you were unsatisfied with your custom order. Communications were in regards to resolutions that could up your purchase satisfaction. While all options were refused I still stand behind any resolutions presented if you so choose to pursue them. Puts your creations to life and I couldn’t have been happier with these flowers :) I ordered a custom and she did everything step by step with me and followed through all my requests until I was satisfied. Is the paper strong enough to last for years?
We use high quality card stock paper for our products.
Our paper is heavy duty paper unlike tissue paper or crepe paper. It works even better than the paper that is used in the paper lanterns you find in stores. And as long as you use our decor as IN DOOR decorative objects, they will last for year. DO NOT EXPOSE to DIRECT SUNLIGHT as the colour will fade away. Keep them away from damp surfaces and water and out of reach of children and pets.
Care instructions
Instructions and Care FOR PAPER DECOR:
.Use a dry tissue paper to gently dust off the dust particles that may collect on the decor.
.DO NOT use damp cloth or anything wet to clean it with.
.You can also use a hair dryer on 'cool' setting to remove any dust particles.
.Do not decorate it on the glass window or door or anywhere that gets direct sunlight as that may decolourize the paper decor.
Will it damage the wall paint when I take down the decor?
Usually it does not damage the surface, but it depends on the quality of the paint on your wall or furniture etc. We do not take any guarantees!
If you have concerns about the tape (provided with the decor) damaging the wall colour when taking down the decor then simply dab the provided tape on to 'clean' hand or cotton/denim fabric 2-4 times. This will take the sticky-ness off the tape a bit and will not damage the paint when you take down the decor.
Make sure you DO NOT dab too many times otherwise the tape will not stick on the wall or other surfaces or it might fall off after a while if it sticks at first.
ALWAYS make sure the surface you want to decorate is clean and dry.

How fast can I get my order? What is the processing and shipping time?
Usually it takes from 3 days to 15 days to complete an order depending on what you order and the quantity you order at KomalWorks.
However if you wish to receive it faster than the time stated on the listing, just message us and we will be happy to do a rush order for you.
Orders within Canada and USA takes between 5-10 'business' days to ship with our standard method of shipping, WITHOUT tracking number.
Orders to Europé, Australia & other parts of the world takes from 2-8 weeks depending on your location.
